The wisdom of the body, gently unlocked.
What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that works directly with your nervous system, the master control system of your body. Developed by Dr. Carli Axford, it's based on the understanding that physical tension, emotional stress, and unresolved trauma can become stored in the spine over time, disrupting the body's natural ability to heal and function at its best.
How does it work?
During a session, light touch is applied at specific points along the spine, known as access points, where the nervous system is closest to the surface. This touch acts as a signal, inviting the body to release built-up tension and shift from a state of stress into one of ease and restoration. There's no manipulation, no cracking, and no force. Many people are surprised by how subtle it feels and how profound the response can be.

What happens
in your body?
When the nervous system begins to release, you may notice spontaneous movement, deep breathing, warmth, or a sense of waves moving through the body. These are signs that your system is unwinding, processing and letting go of what it no longer needs to hold. Each session builds on the last, creating a deeper and more lasting shift over time.
Who is it for?
Spinal Flow can support anyone carrying the weight of chronic pain, stress, anxiety, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. It's also for those who simply feel disconnected from their body and are looking for a way back to themselves. Healing looks different for everyone, but the body always knows the way.
